These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the DKS Furnitures website and your purchase of any product from us. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

Orders and pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel and refund an order placed at an incorrect price before it ships.

Made-to-order pieces

Some pieces are made to order and ship within the lead time stated on the product page (typically around 3 weeks). Lead times are estimates, not guarantees, and can shift with material availability.

Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Full payment (or the deposit stated at checkout for made-to-order pieces) is due before production or dispatch begins.

Delivery

Delivery timelines, areas, and charges are described on our Shipping Policy page. Ownership and risk in a product pass to you once it is delivered and signed for.

Warranty

Frames carry the warranty period stated on the product page against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, excluding normal wear, misuse, or damage after delivery.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, DKS Furnitures is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Thrissur, Kerala.
